In this paper, we introduce the function of pyrutaxol, and describe its biological activity and experimental method in detail. In summary, Piceatannol is a selective inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase SYK, which inhibits ICA,L,Ito, IKR, Ca2+ transfer and Na+-Ca2+ exchange in addition to IK1. Its target activity was CaK,3 μm. MLCK, 12 microns; PKC, 8 microns.
The invention relates to a preparation method of pyruvic alcohol, which is characterized in that it includes the following steps:
(1) Passion fruit, grapes and blueberries were selected and cleaned with sterile ionic water. The pulp of passion fruit was crushed together with grapes and blueberries and filtered to obtain filtrate juice and filter residue.
(2) adding 60-80% acetone to the filtrate, extracting 6-10min by microwave, cooling to room temperature to obtain the extract;
(3) adding 80-100% acetone to the filter residue, microwave extraction for 4-6min, cooling to room temperature, filtration, crude extract;
(4) the extraction solution and crude extract are combined, decompression and concentration, and a concentrated solution is obtained;
(5) The concentrate is passed through a silica gel column and eluted with anhydrous acetone to obtain an eluent;
(6) the eluent is freeze-dried to obtain pyrutaxol powder, or the eluent is supercritical extraction of carbon dioxide to obtain pyrutaxol liquid.
